1. Prices and services
The indicative prices for accommodation and other services, if any, are listed in the accommodation provider´s presentation materials (website, brochures, etc.). However, it is the price listed in the accommodation voucher that is binding on the client (hereinafter referred to as voucher). The scope of contracted services and prices specified in the voucher are binding. The accommodation provider is entitled to change the agreed terms and conditions of the stay in cases which are beyond his control (e.g. force majeure).
The accommodation provider is entitled to demand an advance payment. In case a proforma invoice will be issued, for example by e-mail, the accommodation order is not valid until the day when the advance payment is sent to the accommodation provider’s bank account. The advance payment may be counted for a reimbursement of cancellation fees or for a reimbursement of damage in a suite.
2. Cancellation of the stay by the client
The client is entitled to cancel the order at any time prior to his arrival. Cancellation requires a written electronic form (email with acknowledgement of receipt) sent to the address firstname.lastname@example.org. Decisive for the determination of the time of cancellation is the date and time of despatch of the email
Cancellation fee in case of cancellation:
· until 2:00 p.m. 7 days before commencement of accommodation – no cancellation fee
· after 2:00 p.m. 7 days before commencement of accommodation –50 % cancellation fee
· non-arrival (failure to show up for accommodation) - 100% of the price of the services ordered
We kindly ask our clients to arrange the related insurance for the cancellation of accommodations in the event of urgent cancellations. The landlord cannot take the reasons of cancellations into account if the non-refundable deposit is paid.
These business and cancellation terms are an integral part of the accommodation order and accommodation voucher (voucher).
